Panda Express

The food is good here but the prices have gotten higher each year making it a go-to place once every few months.. I always enjoy the orange chicken, that is main entree i get. This time around I chose to order a la carte so my order was a medium orange chicken ($7.25) and a large order of chow mein (4.20).

We got to this location about 15 minutes before closing on New Years Eve and the staff was the absolute rudest staff that I have ever seen. The staff was breaking everything down (looked like they couldn't wait to get out) and barely had any food available. I asked if they had orange chicken and the kid that was working told me NO, we are closing and this is all we have. I asked if they could make an order and he said NO, I should have came earlier and if I don't like it, I can go somewhere else.... I tend to go to Panda Express once or twice per week, often at this location but I will never go back. Happy New Year!!!

Food was good, but I don't plan on going back to this location. I asked for extra soy sauce & they said they only give 2 packets per meal, it's right there on the sign. What?? I've never been charged for extra soy sauce! Yes, it's 29 cents for 2 more packets. Seriously?? Ugh, ok, I'll take 2 more. Well, I wasn't charged 29 cents like the cashier said, it was 49 cents on my receipt, listed as a "drink refill". I was at another location 2 days ago and was NOT charged for extra soy sauce, the cashier just put 5 in my bag with a smile. I could, maybe, understand an extra charge if it came in the little condiment cups, like the sweet & sour or teriyaki sauce, but this was just the little soy sauce packets. And get this! He gave me 3, YES 3! fortune cookies. Seriously? I can have 3 fortune cookies, no charge, but have to pay for soy sauce? How does that make sense? Is there a soy sauce shortage? Ridiculous. It's the little things that make us come back or not. 😠

This Panda Express serves really good quality Chinese food. Quite amazingly consistent too. The quality of all their food is always fresh and seasoned perfectly. I thought it was a joke my mom was playing on me when she recommended this place. But she told me, no, you must try this location. It is GOOD!

I am so sick of this mask being mandatory. A old man who could barley walk went to get food with his grandchild and all the staff (including the manager) yelling at him to put on a mask..... The man was very respectful and said please I just wanna get food I have a medical condition and cannot wear a mask. I understand it's a private business and they can make whatever rules they want but the poor old man just wanted to get food. The staff needs to understand there is people with medical conditions or veterans with PTSD who cannot wear the masks....
