McDonald's is McDonald's, remember your expectations when you come to eat at one. With that being said the staff is great and friendly. Even though can't technically eat in the lobby, it is nice and clean for those who walk in and grab their food.

Horrible experience. I called because the food tasted terrible and I thought it was burnt. The employee on phone said uts probably old oil. I asked for a refund being one way is 9.2 miles from my home and I paid with card. Was placed on hold for a long time. Something simple to fix became a task. Now I want a full refund on my order for the inconvience as well.

Order 2 quarter pounders. One was fresh and other old meat burnt bacon. Went back for them to remake the sandwich just to get burnt bacon again. Waste of time.

I was asked to pull-up because the fish was still cooking. Asked to get something in place of it that was ready because there was no place to pull up to. Then I was told that neither of the sandwiches were ready. I asked for a refund and within 20 seconds literally a greasy bag was being put through the window. Once I got to the house. The fish was burned, dark brown and you could not pull it apart on both sides, burnt cheese and the big mac had NO special sauce. I went to Burger King because in my gut I knew something about the McDonald's experience was not right.
