Einstein Bros. Bagels

I love Einstein Bros. Been eating it for years. My go to is the All Nighter on an Asiago bagel. This morning I orders two of those and when I got home I bit into a bagel with an old egg that was green and black. Whoever made this sandwich definitely saw the eggs when they made these but I guess they didn’t care. Never eating here again.

I had an awful experience this morning. Went in to order a bagel sandwich to go. When I got to my car, I discovered they gave me the wrong bagel and put tomatoes snd tomato spread after i specifically asked for no tomatoes or tomato soread as I am allergic. So I went back inside to ask for my order. A fenalr employee grabbed the bag from my hand as if I had done something wrong. They the bagel eith the correct bagel and no tomatoes or tomato spread. Handed it to me this time with no bag and no napkin. No sorry for the inconvenience or anything. Not the way to treat customers. And to think I had left a tip on my card. Very poor service.

Absolute chaos. Ordered two sandwiches, a hot latte, and a cold brew coffee. Got the sandwiches within a reasonable amount of time, but then waited for 20 minutes for the beverages to never be fulfilled. When I asked about the beverages, an employee made a snarky remark while the manager was right there to witness the interaction. The specialty beverages were hastily made and lacked any quality upon taste. The bagel sandwiches were burnt. The employees could be better trained to fulfill orders to completion prior to taking more new orders.

I was a proud Einstein member and try to visit them in every state I travel, but today (July 24, 2021) I visited Einstein Bros on Sahara and it was a total cluster. They service was horrible and they could not figure out my sandwich that is on the main menu (Turkey Bacon Avocado) and when I go to pay they gave me a total different sandwich and then cook line got upset they had to redo the order (unprofessional). No fruit cup available and so chips were my only option and then they forgot them and I had to ask for them. I am not sure if this is their standard but I will not be returning
