My wife and I came here to celebrate the day after we got married. The food was delicious-- less so on the way back up, however. The service was excellent. Wine service should be better, considering the price, but it was acceptable. There was an incredible absinthe selection and beautiful table-side service. A wonderful experience all around, except for the part where I couldn't bang my new bride because we were both violently throwing up $600 of food and wine... I would avoid the oysters.

Excellent ambience. Cocktails before dinner were great. Wife loved the honey bear. The food was delicious, but more specifically, the vegan tasting menu was very well received by my wife (as she's vegan and I'm not). The service was wonderful, and Wayne was great. Would definitely recommend eating here, especially if you're vegan or have one in your party.

I had an excellent experience here at Sage. My favorite dish was the scallops with braised oxtail very flavorful extremely Hardy! I also had a excellent chocolate cake desert which was very well prepared with Oreo ice cream which was unusually tasty. The atmosphere is very quiet and laid-back which is nice to have inside the casino. The wait staff was exceptional and I will definitely be back for more😊

Another perfect dinner. First off thanks to manager Jason, waitstaff John, bartender Aaron and all the others involved with our dinner last night. We've eaten our way around Vegas over the years and Sage stands out as the best of the best by all measures. The wife and I discussed it and decided one word- "Sophisticated", best encapsulates the experience there. The service, ambiance, drinks, and food...all sophisticated. And we love that. Please don't change! Looking forward to our next visit. Now to deal with this absinthe hangover. Thanks Chef Shawn for imagining and making such a place happen.
