Kathy's Lakeside Inn

Is this the next Phoenix to rise from the ashes? An enthusiastic maybe! Kathys daughter has relocated back home from Florida to take over. Even though it has been open for only a week, you can sense that she is going to make a strong statement. The Burgers are great, the service is quick, and she is such a great hostess. I swore I would never go back, now I swear to return. Can't wait for the new flat screens! Good luck!

I would have given this place 0 stars if the system would allow.The worst dining experience I've ever had. We arrived at 12:30 in the afternoon. There was only one person working. There were five people there total waiting to be served. It took one hour and 15 minutes for us to get our order of three burgers. We were unable to get refills on any drinks unless we went around the bar and got them ourselves. when the burgers arrived they were less than flavorful. At some point in the past this may have been a good place to eat but as of 2015 I can say don't go there

Well, I am glad to hear that Kathy's daughter has returned from FL. if you have bee there in the last year you have experience Kathy struggling to do everything. there is no question she has some agging issues. i have been there several nites and have had to figure out my own bill and just tell her what it is. And on nites when others were there (and never have been before) I let them know what they were in for. What she needed was compassion and help and i know that she got this from regulars. for those that didn't know about Kathy's health issues, I would just say give Kathy's a try again with her daughter as the new owner. i think you'll enjoy the food and atmosphere AND service. And let Kathy know the regulars really enjoyed the place all those she served us. Jon
