Mcdonald's

The morning lady whose manager has no respect for her job. You say dine in and she tosses your food into a bag. You say curb side and you sit and wait till you walk in to find your food sitting at the counter. I think it's time to replace her. I come to this store daily. Since she's been here the store is slowly falling apart and customers are being driven away. Every day I come my stars will drop as long as she is rude and still not doing her job right. The wait time when she works is 20 mins inside to get the order taken.

I don't think they are listening anymore I have been waiting to ask you something. It's been weighing on my mind. Are we ever gonna admit are we even here. Just went to McDonalds today at around 4:30 PM and I had ordered a Iced Caramel coffee, I used the app to pay for it but that failed so I just used Apple Pay and that had also failed. Apparently I had no funds on the card which I hadn't noticed which was my fault, but the manager Mark who was serving me at the front counter just gave it to me for free. I felt really bad about it and still do but I still really appreciate this place and the managers and workers here. I've been going to this McDonalds for two years and I've had almost no problems with it. Thank you Mark for the drink and thank you for a great experience.
