Kid at the rugster had no idea what he was doing or what we were asking for. Checked with the manager who said everything was correct, come to find out it wasn't. We were all charged for large bowls of soup instead of cups. Stood at the register for like 10 before we left to get it corrected and couldn't find anyone and no workers came to ask us a thing.

I last minute decided to stop by for dinner and I'm very delighted that I did. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond i even got a free cookie ! I was going to take it to go but felt so comfortable/ comforted I decided to eat in. I've realized it's hard to come by a great atmosphere at a restaurant but they did just that. I'll definitely being coming in again

My first time ar this panata and was actually quite happy. As far as the food is concerned, very average. The service on the other hand was outstanding.

Food quality is looking up, and atmosphere is simple, calm, and visually quiet. Service is good enough that there is little waiting; service is also relatively passive, which just means: ask if you need something.

I don’t know how they did it, but a year ago, I hated Panera. I think it was the sip club that got me going to daily (Panera) - even more than someone goes to daily mass (as there’s no daily mass on Sat). Thank you Panera!!! Especially the Lake Zurich Panera.
Parking sometimes is rough, but a great place!

Have been coming to Panera often because of the healthy and taste food. Each time we see the manager Ken, he is always so friendly and helpful.

This Panera is typical. Atmosphere is nice, modern, wooden, etc. Food is Panera priced, but getting a duet meal can bring down the price of the pick 2 by a significant amount. I got the smokehouse bbq sandwich and tomato soup combo, and it was good for the price.

Just passing by, stopped for a quick snack. We were sitting outside. Food was good, like everywhere else at Panera bread.
Very busy place, I think they are understaffed, give them a break people! Just clean up after yourself. I saw a lot entitled customers with their spoiled children. I bet they are leaving mess everywhere!
