I visit D&J Bistro at least once a year - in November for their incredible cassoulet, a bean stew with duck confit, merguez sausage and a bunch more deliciousness. Others in our group love the Cordon Bleu, mussels and pasta V (vegetarian). Excellent wine list, ambiance and service.

Have had many wonderful, delicious meals here. Never had anything we didn't enjoy. Go for a special occasion or just to sit at their bar and eat great food.

I remain SO addicted to this place (since the 1980s)! The menu is so creative (the specials change almost every month), the food is always fresh, beautifully presented, and the prices more cost-friendly than most French restaurants! Plus, you can dress casual here! Last, the service is spot on, thanks to my FAVORITE muscle daddy server, Kevin! He still continues to be the most requested server here! This past night, I had the oysters for appetizers, butternut squash cappuccino soup and the Casoulet de Carcassone (a hearty confit of duck, pork, sausage and beans) for entree! For dessert, I had the bread pudding!!

An adorable little French Bistro. The escargot was fantastic. The mussels were perfection. The Prosciutto wrapped scallops were unbelievably good. All in all a fantastic experience. Wonderful little date night for me and my wife.

Everything was amazing! Service, food, atmosphere. The only thing we are upset about is that we didn't come here sooner! It was always on our list of places to check out when we moved to LZ a couple years ago. Safe to say we want to become regulars lol And to our server last night thanks for making it a memorable first visit with birthday dessert!

Excellent food, excellent service. This place is still a gem all these years. Had the 3 course Prix Fixe Dinner. Appetizer, entrée, & dessert... Delicious. My spouse had a delicious salad and the September special, bouliabase, also outstanding with plenty to bring home.

Our first time to this adorable restaurant was such a great experience. Fantastic service- Kevin knows the menu inside and out! He made great wine suggestions on their extensive drink list. What impressed me most, was the chef's eagerness to prepare a vegan dish and appetizer for me- and they were both delicious. Most places in my experience see that as an annoyance or hindrance... but the chef accepted the challenge and made two great dishes on the fly that were delicious, and THAT is the mark of an excellent, experienced chef. Would love to see some plant-based dishes on the menu in the future, but for now I'm happy knowing they will accommodate me. We will be back!

No surprise that this place has been a local favorite for years. The menu, mostly French inspired, isn't large but changes frequently with rich, fantastic fare. A personal favorite is the escargot. The wine list, is also full of great finds that pair nicely and at a surprisingly reasonable price. Do note, there is an elevated step in the middle of the restaurant that may make it difficult for those with limited mobility or a wheelchair.

Celebrated valentine's a little early this year. Mushroom soup was delicious. Chicken Cordon Bleu was a large portion that I couldn't finish it. Atmosphere was very elegant. Staff was very polite and attentive to our table.
