I had seen a commercial about their new Primal burger so during my lunch break today I stopped by the drive through (about 1:45ish on 6/28/22) and ordered the Primal burger as a large meal ($13.25) after a bit of a wait I finally received my food and, as I was running short of time to get back to work, come to find out what I got was the ham and cheese meal... So yeah, to whomever got my meal instead. I guess you're welcome. Hope it was good...

The staff was great. I asked for a lettuce wrapped burger and it was great. The lettuce was fresh which added to the overall great taste of the charboiled burger. Would highly recommend especially if you want a low carb selection.

We utilized the drive-thru so there is not much to say. We received what we were after, but I have always believed them to be a bit high in price. The girl taking the orders that day was a bit offsetting in that she seemed bored, but is was something to deal with.

I've been in some Hardees that are really struggling, but these folks did a great job! Very polite and courteous. Made a fresh batch of tenders for my order. 👍

Hardee's has really stepped up their game!! Facility inside was clean..food was good. And the lady helping the new employee was very nice!!

The manager was training 3 people at the time we went in. Still had the place working like clockwork. She was awesome.

Not pleased with this service, other times may differ. I generally don't eat Hardee's but not pleased with this order of over cooked chicken strips.

We had slow service, cold food, wrong buns for our big hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Didn't give us all the food we had ordered and paid for. Gave us the wrong size for fries and pops. Very unsatisfied with the service and food. Then went again a few weeks later wrong food went back the next day they said it would be the same order free. Again wrong order told me to come back the next day after that AGAIN! still the wrong food. Haven't gone back there since then. I do not recommend this Hardee's.
