Worst experience in any MacDonals ever in Germany , the employees had no idea what they were doing , orders were packed wrong and not In order . From the technical part 3 of the Ordering Tablets were out of order and the 4th one didn’t accept Card payment ( it was out of paper on top , so if you didn’t see you order number on the screen have fun paying at the counter ) This is supposed to be a fast food joint , you can take the fast part of the name out of the concept .

Good location right in the city of erfurt. The menu is good and a bit different than in France and they are still having waiters for orders (in France it is only with machine and touch screen). Food is ready pretty fast and warm but you have to pay extra for the sauces, which is unbelievable in any restaurant, even for fast food.

We are tourists here, so for us it was nice to one night during our stay to find a place to go to that's the same as everywhere else, and you know what you're getting. That after having eaten at German places for the last week. But how do you rate a McDonald's? This branch looked clean and modern, and apart from that you guys know the rest. And that's the beauty, right?
