Pizza Hut

I would recommend most Pizza Hut establishments but not the one on Kingston Pike at Cedar Bluff. We love Pizza Hut pizza but this establishment can’t seem to get it right. Order is either wrong or they are so skimpy on toppings that it is definitely not worth the amount of money you have to spend. It’s really a shame. We placed an order for 2 large 1-topping pizzas and 1 med 4-toppings pizza, bread sticks and boneless wings. $75.00 and the medium pizza wasn’t edible, was all crust and had very little sauce and toppings. Probably the worst pizza we’ve ever had. I didn’t want anything for free, but called to let them know that whoever was making their pizzas should be retrained or told the proper way to make them. The manager was offended that I complained because the person that made the pizzas was new and they were very busy. I get it but don’t get offended when I’m letting you know. Lesson Learned no more pizza from this store. Really Disappointing

Disappointed on the lack of safety from this place. Blocks front entrance of store with employees car all day long. Every day in a fire lane also making traffic go around them which is also a safety hazard. As far as I know that is against fire regulations and should be towed. Just to lazy to park in a parking spot.

One and a half hours after placing my order I called the store to check the status. I was on hold for 21 minutes before someone picked up. When I asked for an update I was told "hes walking out with it now". Acknowledgement of the delay would have been nice. By the time I spoke to someone my order was 2 hours old. I live 1.9 miles from the store that was fulfilling my order but it was another 30 minutes before the driver arrived. So it took a total of 2.5hours to get my food and neither the person who answered my call or the the driver apologized or even acknowledged the delay. The cherry on top was that my order, which was placed at 530pm and arrived at 8pm, was also 100% cold.

Although it's been a looong while i ordered anything from any restaurant, but those times i ordered from here, i had hair in my pizza and it puzzled me until i saw a guy with a beard... Without a beard net. Please have your guys (long haired/with beards) wear nets too. As for pizza, the barbeque sauce was always lacking, even if you ordered extra. Other than that, it always seemed well cooked and hot.

I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in quite a while, but from now on, I will! The pizza was ordered online 45 min before close & it was hot, fresh & delicious! My delivery guy was so nice & kind & got the food to my very hungry, hotel bound family, very quickly! Thank you for working & for doing your job well! In this day & age it is very much appreciated!

Update: the manager Chris called me personally and we spoke at length about the experience. He went above and beyond to fix the situation. The customer service shined through. I just wish that I had been able to speak to him or someone in the store the night of the order, it would have changed everything. Upgrading the review but holding out on that final star until we try once more and see how it goes. Thank you Chris for making things right! Second time ordering from this location and both pizzas have been under done. We thought initially it was just the hand tossed crust so the second pizza we ordered was pan but it was the same issue. You pick up the pizza and it just flops over totally soft on the underside, no crisp at all to the crust. Making it worse yet is that customer service for them has been outsourcrd so we could not get through to a manager in the store all you get is a busy signal for existing order issues. No way to resolve issues. Zero customer service earns you a whopping two stars for the flavor of wings only. Their wings are always great but the pizza is thumbs down and customer service double thumbs down.
