I came here just wanting something simple. Potato bowl and chips they told me they didn't have potatoes. That's was okay. And then I ask for chips and cheese they said they didn't have the chips so I order two cheesy role ups and I go around to the window where I see a bunch of chips already premade ready to be eaten. That was strike one. I ask why I couldn't have the chips I was looking at and they said it was for some stupid wrap or whatever they were talking about. How many of those you gonna sell in the next 3 hours huh? Strike two. And then when I get home I have two skimpy little tortillas with barely any cheese in them. Completely ruined my appetite Thanks guys 🙄😤😑 Great job I'll be talking to your manager tmro morning.

I just want to say WOW! My company ordered a last minute lunch order on Friday March 11 at 11:20am and the team working demonstrated awesome leadership, efficiency, and customer service. The woman working the cash register hopped on the line to get all 80+ items ordered out quickly, while taking care of other guests, my order was ready at 11:50am. Whoever was working this shift deserves a raise, it is great to see how hard these individuals work and we are so appreciative for that. Great experience

I waited in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes, they only took the orders of 2 cars at a time. Then they waited until they were completely gone before they let the next 2 order. There were only 6 cars in front of me and at least 8 behind me. I have never seen such slow drive- thru service at a fast food restaurant.

This was my first and last visit to this location. I ordered three meals, I was given the wrong food and they left items out of my order. When I returned they acted like it was my fault the order was wrong. The lady at the window finally admitted she entered the order wrong. I was then told they could only replace items they had, even though I explained they forgot items in my order. They eventually replaced what I asked, but they acted like they had done me a favor. When I got home my second replacement order was still wrong, at which point I gave up. I’ll never return to this location, the staff is horrible, they don’t care, the phone isn’t plugged in to call and if you have an issue they chastise you like it’s your fault.

Why is the inside of this location never open? I’ve come several times at different times of the day and I’m forced to wait in the drive thru that is wrapped around the building because they won’t unlock the door for the Dinning room. Other fast food restaurants have opened back up for inside Dinning.

It was about 10 pm last night and my father got hungry . My father is disabled and is powerchair bound and cannot walk nor drive his car . My father went to this store on his power wheel chair . The dining room was closed . He then waited and ordered in the drive through along with all the other vehicles. Ordered his food . And when he got to the window , the staff as well as the night manager refused to serve him his food. When I found out about this at 5am when I got off work , I was outraged . The indecent and inhumane treatment of my disabled father Was truly acceptable. He nor I will ever patron this establishment ever again

Unless you've got about an hour to kill do not stop at this location. Slowest "fast food" location in all of Knox county. One vehicle at the drive thru window side of the store, 10 lined from the intercom into the dollar general parking lot... Nightmare for any gig workers. Y'all aren't the only ones on a timer!!!
