Hardee's

UPDATE: August 2, 2020 this place has been closed for 3 weeks now, no indication it will reopen, same for the one on East Emory Rd in Powell. I agree the service attention, delays and food quality have vastly declined in the past six months. Saturday at breakfast, the counter service delay was over 15 minutes, only one clerk taking orders. Lady in front got her biscuit order, mine was next, two gravy biscuits, yet the GROUP ORDER of FOUR BREAKFAST PLATTERS behind me came out next! I had to ask what happened to my order? Server was rude, finally check where my order was. I had quit patronizing this place six months ago when it got so bad. Thought I'd give them another try today, BIG MISTAKE, WILL NOT GO BACK.

I give this location a one, sometimes that is too high of a rating. Just ordered the BOGO Sausage egg biscuit, I wanted that doubled for a total of 4, plus an orange juice. I guess I should have known better than to not check my order before exiting the drive thru. Get home and only 2 are in the bag, just tried calling the restaurant, and no answer. Not once but several times and they aren't busy. This location has 2 choices, drastically change and improve or shut it down. Time and Time again, orders take forever to get, food quality in low and staff isn't that good either.

This just gets worse every time. We keep optimistically hoping for change, but this place lacks any sense of urgency or appreciation for the paying customers. 6 min waiting to be greeted at front counter, no receipt after paying, 15 minutes waiting for 4 breakfast items. All staff members have the body posture and speed of eeyore. All having giggling conversations about anything but performing the job at hand

Previous reviews state that this place is joke, they are true. This establishment had its credit card system running until we got through the long line to us and then they gave the food and tried to run the card. It said system down. Then they said give the food back sorry. Really? The guy said he would try it at their counter it finally worked. My SO had to get back to work about the time he got the food. Any other Hardees would be better than this one.

Didn't know how to make a classic Grilled cheese. I ordered 2 for my toddlers. They gave me burger patties on toast with unmelted cheese. I went in to tell them it was wrong. 2 managers said "I'd never made that order before. I don't know what you want!" 5 people stared at me and my children...looking absolutely clueless. I finally told the nice guy on the line prep "Sir, you simply put cheese on the toast...and melt it" The most strange experience ever! Especially since WE GET GRILLED CHEESE THERE ALL THE TIME! Definitely will just go to the Sonic up the way from now on. Spent $15 on mess. SMH

The manager on duty on 01/11/2018 refused to give me any information on the General Manager of the store. I was left at the drive-thru for over five minutes. After I pulled away ( no one ever came back to take my order), I tried to contact the manager to let them know this happened. It was obvious the manager on duty simply did not care. I will never go back to this location as the employees are rude, incompetent and obviously in over their collective heads. Rafe Montgomery, you need to clean house at your restaurant. Karns deserves better.

This is very close to my job, but I hardly ever eat here because of the extremely slow service. I can't eat here on my lunch break because it usually takes 10+ minutes to get my food. Location can be dirty too. Seems to be understaffed and poorly managed. Staff is often quarreling audible to customers in the dining area.
