Arby's

The Drive-thru overall experience was great. Super fast and efficient location. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My food was fresh and properly prepared. The strawberry lemonade was 🔥🔥 I didn't get a chance to snap a picture of the old Arbys signage, but it was fascinating to see old school marketing. Great job to staff and management. 💯🙌🏽

They ran out of roast beef and burgers. Had to choose something else. I chose a brisket sandwich and after a couple bites got a mouthful of fat. When we walked in there was only 1 table that needed a little cleaning, other than that super clean. The women's bathroom had pieces of toilet paper on the floor and some toilet paper stuck in the inside of the toilet bowl (wouldn't flush down) both the manager and a crew member (at different times) came by our table to check on us and ask if everything was good etc. Very great customer service!

I had no intention of donating to the Arby's Help Keep Us From Going Out Of Business Fund when I stopped at this store on Chapman Hwy. in South Knoxville at 11 pm, 3/20/22. 25 minutes after I order a roast beef and a fish sandwich I made it to the window. Guy takes my card, closes the window, scans my card and hands it back, no receipt, all without a word. 2 minutes later hands me a milkshake and I tell him wrong order. He asks what I ordered and he tells me they forgot to put in the order. I have no idea what they charged me for. I drove off. Who knows, maybe they'll use that $7.64 to buy paper to print receipts on. I'll never donate again. .

I've been in the drive thru for the past 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window the guy had no idea what my order was and asked if I was with Uber Eats. When I said no, he proceeded to shut the window and ignore me... If this is the best you can do for employees, shut down. You're clearly not willing to pay enough to get competent people. Fire the managers, raise the wages, and make sure who ever you hire, is willing and able to actually do the job. Go to any other Arby's in town. So, I had time to write this and am still waiting on my food.....

Bathroom and lobby are always a mess I understand fast service and drive through is always packed and low staffed but goodness nasty floors and bathrooms...could be better only takes one person set aside for 30 mins rotated out with another person every other hr or so to keep it descent while operating hrs imo...but still again just my opinion have great day food and service is above awesome 👌🏼 in retrospect
