if i could rate zero stars i would. i never had a bad experience at this location until today. me and my family decided to come here for food after a long day at the lake. needless to say, the employee who spoke with us at the speaker was very rude and told us goodbye after we waited 10 minutes to have our order taken. of course after we ordered we drove away doubting that our food would be given to us in good condition and not spat in. as we drove away, the man who took our order was outside doing nothing to help the team inside. we will not be going to this location again after this encounter.

They now make you order you own food through their kiosk. No problem. Then when we got our food we were missing meat and cheese tacos for the kids. The lady behind the counter wanted to argue with me saying she put them all in the bag. I finally told her I wasn’t gonna with her and to just forget it. Fast forward, trying hurry finish eating what I did get (even though it was wrong) she comes over to offer free food for our next visit. I politely told her I appreciate the gesture however that’s not necessary as for me and my family we would not be back. Not to mention all the vulgar rap music they have playing

Ordered 2 Mexican pizzas via mobile app and they could not serve because they didn't have the boxes for them when I got there. The cashier seemed annoyed as several people were being turned down for this issue. I am on lunch and couldn't go back and had to choose something else that seems to be less value. The manager was trying her best, but I don't know if yall have severely limited her p and ls or her food and goods cost, but this was highly annoying.

Absolutely ridiculous! I could tell my whole story but don't want to waste your time, the people are always horrible and do not have customer service. We were treated very poorly and talk to like we're stupid by a drive thru girl and another guy getting smart and saying to my boyfriend "no it ain't showing no dollar bruh"(about something we weren't talking about) I swear it isn't the first bad experience at the same place. I will not return.

I want to thank Tosha and the crew for awesome service, I got a party pack on 5/26 and got home and my food fell out only 6 of them was ruined so I called to let them know the situation and I spoke with Tosha and she was very kind and remade 6 of my tacos, The work place and service was excellent!!!! Thank you all for all your hard work, keep up the great job everyone!!!
