Burger King

There was a foreigner there that did not speak good English and he was taking our orders in our money and we told him three times how we wanted this one hamburger and we got to the table it was totally wrong and then when I tried to complain about it and reorder he stood to the side listening while the manager stood there and told me well I didn't take the order and that's how I served it and I said well you should put someone up here that knows how to take in order and send it back to you, I also told her evidently she don't know her job which is to oversee a floor manager who missed to make sure everybody is trained proper to do their position including the shift manager and she said I am the floor manager and I am the shift manager I said well Burger King has just lost my business because they are trying to make this a self-serve restaurant evidently and I was totally dissatisfied plus the vegetables was hot which I wanted cold such as the onion and tomato and pickles and the french fries was cold which I wanted hot and the tea and the only thing good in the place was the Sprite plus the floors was nasty and there was only five workers there and two of them was standing back doing nothing and that is my neighborhood Burger King and me and my mother will never go back there and we have lived in this community for 52 years

Well where to start , the lady that served me thir drive thur was nice but what we ordered was horrible ie drinks was flat with no taste chicken fries tasted like they just came out of the freezer and had a spicy hotness to them . Didn't order the spicy. Was so disappointed cause I love the chicken fries on a normal order and never really have a problem but today was a total disaster. So sad no lunch for me today thanks for the disappointment

We went into eat there Saturday April 2nd 2022. And the experience was awful, at first we stood at the register while there was 5 workers just staring at us for about 5 minute until one decided to come take our order and first of all she was hateful and disrespectful. So we proceeded to order and I asked if I could get lettuce and tomato on my burger and she straight up told me no, and I was shocked and my husband said well I can buy it separate for her and she said no again. We both laughed and she said it doesn’t give me an option, and she wouldn’t even give it to us for my burger at all. They didn’t even let us know when our food was done We waited and waited and I finally walked up there and seen it sitting there by that time the food was cold. The food was awful. Nothing was fresh and the fries was hard. If I could give a 0 star I would! We will never be back there again!!! If I knew her name I would blast her!
