Please be careful when eating here. I got really sick after eating here and I was so disappointed because I had waited a long time to try their new Italian sub 😫 it's a 50/50 but don't say I didn't try and help

I am so disappointed and kinda mad.Last time we came they did not have my bread,this time it’s burnt awful.Literally everything was out. Not even meatballs ! No ranch! No tea! There was a perfectly good pan of not burnt bread under what she gave me but I couldn’t have that for some reason!This meal was disgusting. Yet I have not ate today.I would appreciate a manager replying to me and an attitude check for the girl working January 4th st 6:30!!

This location is under new general management as well as new employees. We are working to make your sandwich with ease and speed. Unfortunately our new hours of operation will be 6 am- 11 pm. Next time your in walmart give us a chance and let us know how we are doing on our survey for 2 free cookies.

I waited for 30 minutes to get one sandwich. 2 people working and they were very very slow and seemed like they were both relatively new employees. They were out of alot of things and hed to go to the back several timea to replenish what they were out of. I had to repeat my order 3 times. Italian bread,chicken breast american cheese toasted. Really, you have to ask 3 times? It seemed they could only do one thing at a time and wasn't rwally good at that. I wish them luck in life and hope they learn a new trade because I don't see them making a career with Subway

Like most subways don't expect speed but these guys take it to a whole new level. There have been several instances where the employees have been nowhere to be found. The last visit I had to this location had 2 staffers working and while one was finishing up with the previous customer the other decided it was more important to restock cookies than serve customers. It is service like this that makes me wonder how they survive as a business.

After staring at a "back in 5 minutes" sign for over 15 minutes, the employee informed me he was out in the parking lot and "I should've come and got him"..and "doesn't get breaks even if he works over 8 hours".. don't worry bro, I'll contact the labor department for you. Not that I care in the slightest, but at this point, I'll take some satisfaction knowing the labor dept. loves to issue hefty fines for those violations. So as I bite my rage, knowing this guy is getting ready to fix my food, he then proceeded to drown the sandwich in sauce. Pretty sure that the company spec is about 3 lines of sauce not 6 sideways and 14 vertical. I couldn't be more irate at this moment. The only reason I didn't load this review with expletives is due to knowing that it could be removed if it was. If I could give negative stars, I would. (As toned down as I can make this statement) I truly hope this location goes out of business.

Was here on 6/5/19 and the service was fine but as me, my husband, my daughter and grand-daughter was eating at their tables we noticed a cockroach was crawling up the wall beside us. Although the food was right and service was good we will not be returning ever again. If you see roaches during the day that means there is an infestation problem.
