Find me all my food extremely cold we just orders by minute ago The whopper come to for 1099 with my coupon crunchy chicken fries are cold they forgot the ketchup packets. Lobby is closed drive though is busy if you love cold food not warm or hot this place is for you me I want a hot food

I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. This, however, was not the problem. I understand in this time staffing is short. I placed the order and pulled up. My total was $17.12. The gentleman at the window was obviously tired and not very friendly. I waited about 5 more minutes at the window before our food arrived. We pulled away and as I stopped in the parking lot I checked the bag. Nothing I ordered was in there. NOT.ONE.ITEM. I was given some one else's order. No receipt in the bag...NOTHING.
I continued down the road to Chick-fil-A where 9 times out of 10, the order is correct and the staff is friendly

Ordered a big Fish... front end was nice change back was right. Kids can't count money backwards. The sandwich DRY. Bread must had been left out from yesterday and the fish was recorded. Tastless and hard. Will not go back or recommend. It's bad when you got to wipe off your own table

Another company picking and choosing what Old Covid rules they want to follow to affect there bottom line or laziness. still have limited lobby hours close and locked lobby doors at 6pm and blamed it due to covid on 7-6-21. Even though customers where clearly inside eating

Slow drive thru service because inside is locked. I understand staffing shortages but this is not fast food. All my food was warm not hot except for chicken fries which were cold & looked like they’d been sitting for a while. No excuse for this when it’s drive thru only.

A very nice Burger King. Staff was friendly and the tables were clean. We used a coupon that came in the mail, which helped tremendously with the cost.

There is a young white overweight lady (I don’t know her name sorry) that Is the rudest person I have seen on a drive thru.
It’s the second time she gives me the food and she doesn’t even looked at me. Doesn’t say any word and didn’t ask me for anything else. (Not even Hello, not even my total $) NOTHING
She even didn’t gave me a straw.
This place needs to see who are they hiring and how they are doing their gob.

Sherbet the manger charged my card twice 19.00 I showed him that it was on my bank receipt twice and he would not give me my money back so I will never go back to Burger King on Broadway again as long as he working he was not polite and I told him he can keep it God will get it back from him and I was so upset but that's ok il get it back and more he was very wrong for that he keeping people money I don't no what he doin but it ant right need to keep an eye on him thanks Leslie
