Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

I’ve always loved jimmy johns since college. Solid sandwich always made fresh with wonderful bread. But today I had an issues with this staff. We went through the drive through and essentially was laughed at during our entire order, when I asked what was funny the employee said “ooo nothing these guys were just messing with me” after I called him out all I heard was “help help, Need help at the window” after that he wouldn’t speak to us and anther gentlemen spoke with us instead and gave us a free cookie. These guys need better customer training and to act in a professional manner, whether this Is a Sandwich shop or not it can easily deter sales and customer coming back, when laughed at by employees.

First and last time at Jimmy John's. Food quality is not even remotely close to tasting good. Don't believe the raving reviews, any other sub place is far better. Firehouse and Which Wich are above and beyond better than Jimmy Johns. Not even in the same league. If you're into cafeteria type food, bland and no taste this might be the place for you.

Have always loved Jommy Johns. Today was not the case. An employee was so obnoxious talking about how long the drive thru line was. Using profanity and commenting about walking out. Complaining about making xxxxx sandwiches. Really, you work in a sandwich shop. Waited 15 minutes for sandwich and it had to be made a second time because he was too busy complaining and not reading the order. Also said he would make sure that walk in customers would get their sandwiches last. I get that staff is hard to come by these days but this was uncalled for. I am sorry this is the representation that this store is getting.
