Domino's Pizza

AVOID THIS LOCATION! SLOW AND RUDE! Last three times we have ordered, IT TOOK OVER 2 HOURS to get our order. Each time we called to see why we were treated very rudely by staff and told we needed to understand they were very busy. No apology and very self-righteous. Once was asked by manager when I told him our pizza was cold, "Well, what do you want me to do about it? I could make you another one; but you wont get it for a while." No problem. You won't have our business again for a long time.

We ordered pizza for lunch at 12:50pm and the estimated delivery time was 1:50pm. At 2pm we started trying to call the store and no one would answer, so at 2:30pm my son drove to the store and they told him they didn't have an order for us. We fixed frozen pizzas because we were all starving, then the driver arrived with our pizza at 3:40pm. I refused the pizza and asked the driver (nicely) to refund our money. They refunded $38.78 of the $54.37 we had paid. My impression of this store is they do not have adequate staffing and are happy to take your money but don't really care about the service they provide (or don't). We'll eat elsewhere in the future.

The automated ordering experience was miserable. Had to call back 4 times to get the order placed but was never able to pay for the order. Had no way to speak to an actual person at the location to confirm they even received my order much less pay for it. I placed the order for delivery but drove to the physical location just to see if they received it to which they did not unfortunately. I understand automation in today’s work environment but this is not an example of efficient deployment of the technology. You have to be losing revenue every single day with this process…

Rude. Run by smart mouth teenagers who have not passed customer service training. Where is the owner? Tonight was the worst experience ever. Not a staffing issue as I counted 7 teen boys and 1 rude girl who shockingly was the manager. Do NOT eat here. Sad that this is level of service consumers are having to accept. Sad that the owner is allowing this.
