I placed an online order to go and it showed the time the order would be ready for pickup. I went in waited for five minutes or more after my pickup time and still nothing. I told them I had an online order and they said maybe it hasn't showed up yet. After waiting for 30 minutes they said they couldn't give me my money back I'd have to go through the app. So I said I'd just take the food. I finally got my food close to an hour after I placed the order. I will never place an online order again for this store. I've never had any issues with other Arby's locations.

Visited on 12-17-21 around 5pm,
I got a literal cut off end piece of chicken in my slider. I’ve always gotten a full strip before at other locations. What happened to quality? There is no excuse for this. do better. This is honestly ridiculous and I deserve a refund or replacement.

My fries were barely room temperature. My coke tasted more like diet coke. You'd think for as long as you sit at this drive thru even when they're not busy you'd be able to get fresh, hot and crispy curly fries. Two stars for the drive thru attendant who was very nice.

A month ago, I drove through and was told they were out of roast beef which I thought was hilarious since they are supposed to have "the meats." Tonight I drove through and was told "just letting you know, it's going to be a significant wait." No explanation. I'm done.

I am sorry Arby's for my last review I reviewed the wrong restaurant. this Arby's is worth stopping in the food is hot and fresh. Finally someone cares about their job and makes it the way they're suppose too.

I have had great experience as an Arby's however this location seems to always just want you in and out I'm asking Arby's sauce or extra napkins even when said at the speakers..

i called to place an order for the new W-burger and was told "no", ok fine no problem just do the drive thru. the burger [ordered w/o pickles or sauce] came out in -5min and was excellent.

Came through drive thru and ordered the 2 for 6 and wanted a roast beef sandwich he then tells me let me check to see if we got and roast beef ?? I mean I can understand not having Mac & cheese but is Arby's so ur main food is roast beef I worked for them in my past and there is no reason you should ever be out of roast beef !!!
