Reviews of Philippine Egg Roll Express

I ended up eating here because Philippine Connection on Magnolia hasn’t been consistent over the years and I love the taste of Philippine food, but this place is becoming equally inconsistent. They close at 6pm according to google, but no one answers the phone when you call after 4pm and when you walk in after 4 they say they are not taking more orders. The first time I ate here the food was great, second time ordered the same dish, but was given a kid size portion and the taste was off. The kid size portioned meal was at the bottom of the bag, almost like they were praying I didn’t look at the order until I got home. They knew they was wrong. If they can be more consistent with the flavors, hours and portions I don’t mind spending my money there.
