Very professional and when they fix our sandwiches We live in Lenoir City and when we get home they are still hot my husband said would give them ten stars

8/19/18 - Besides Dave's Hot Dog parlor outside the coin laundromat that was closed, this was the only food option for a few miles. My guest & I took advantage of the 2-for-$13 footlong subs and saved $5 compared to Subway.
I got the club and they got the chicken. They use half as much bread here as Subway, but about the same amount of meat & veggies. But they were out of Tomatoes :-( So I was full from eating half and a little bag of chips.
If I'm in the area again, I'll probably return!

Decent sandwiches but better options in Knox. A little on the slow side even when not busy. If you don't stop them or ask for lite steam they'll keep hitting the steam cycle a dozen times until the bread is a soggy mess.

There are always only 2 workers here and they are both so sweet and hard working. The 2 girls are always swamped with lunch customers and they never complain.

The owners and managers of this place are not doing their job. I feel bad for the staff. They are overworked and need help but it looks like that's being ignored. I would caution the next folks be ready for a long wait. 40 mins is too long for lunch.

I ordered the Steak in a sack, she asked what I wanted on it and I requested them to make it how they normally do, the bell peppers and onions weren’t grilled with the meat they were raw which was pretty disgusting, it was extremely dry which made it absolutely terrible, I added mayo in a pack but that didn’t help.
Please go to timeout deli order one and see how they do it, because I threw most of mine in the trash. It was absolutely terrible

Well they had a sign up that said they couldn't open on Sundays due to lack of staff. Really, then you need to pay your people enough to live on. Otherwise don't expect any support from your customers.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The workers don't even acknowledge you are there. We have waited for 32min and our food is still not here! I'm definitely never coming to this place again!
