Brittany was The Most patient employee I've witnessed at any Truck Stop. There was a gentleman taking up so much of her time & causing people to wait, without a care.
Brittany smiled at him & us, as to acknowledge us.

My boyfriend and I came to this location to get gas, use the bathroom, and get some snacks. I met him at the self checkout and I noticed him carefully scanning and placing the items we were purchasing in the bagging area. I look up to see the security guard hovering over him. I look around to see that there are plenty of other people he could be watching but he is fixated on my boyfriend. I was offended but thought maybe he just carefully watches the self checkout? Nope, he went right back outside to smoke a cigarette as soon as we left. I would not feel safe returning to this location with a prejudice security guard fixating on only those who are different skin colors than him.

We stayed here for the night. We did reserve a spot and had no trouble finding the reserved spots. There is security, and they ride around. I noticed they made another truck driver move since he was not in an actual parking spot. The staff seemed friendly.. The women's bathrooms 🚻 were clean. The store looked to be stocked well and had hot food out. We didn't eat any but it was there. Would stay here again if in the area.

I liked the parking, plenty of space go in and out of spots and lots of them. The only problem for some spots is when other drivers create their own parking overnight and make it difficult to get out.
The store has 3 self check out, convenient for coming in and out quickly. Showers were great, I had 3 different rooms during my stay and all had instant hot water. They have their built in seating and sinks have deep wells for those wanting to wash their face in. Food in here is okay, but I liked how they had local baked goods for sale. I wonder if their only customers are local police, haha. There's restaurants within walking distance if you prefer a proper meal or just use the subway in-store. As for service, no complaints here. I haven't seen a long wait line yet for showers or at cashier.

Stopped here for a team shower and this place is clean and the showers are amazing! Was amazed seeing a employee cleaning the parking lot upon arrival a employee in parking lot was sweeping up trash. Very great place to stop! Wished the free wifi was a little stronger though for the parking lot.

Had a great ride here and found a open parking spot. The Subway sandwich was freshly made and the service was fast and the ingredients to make the sandwich was top notch. The shower area is clean and there are a couple washer and dryer s. They are so impressive, they have a self and fast check out line. I really enjoyed that. There are many things on the shelves to look at and buy. Many small fast and small restaurants in the area of the truck parking lot. I was even lucky enough to find this and I'm so excited to pass it on... Will you be the next to find it?

Being from Atlanta never been in a Pilot gas station or Travel Center. We where coming from PA three full buses around 150 people and this place was a great experience with the customer service, I guess they are used to have bunch of people at the same time. Here you can find souvenirs, food and they have a section for stuff for cars I mean you name it oil, cleaning products etc..
Over all a great place to stop for a long drive.

I will describe this as your average Pilot Travel Center clean well lit with most things you need on the road. Coffee can be hit or miss at Pilot's, and while not a hit it was decent. Fuel pumps and parking lot were clean and well maintained. As with all other Pilot's there is a dump station for RV's
