This location is ruining the reputation of a great restaurant. Waited 45 minutes for a bagel sandwich and when it was finally ready they gave our food to someone else. They had to issue 3 refunds while we were there.

I am not the one to write bad reviews, but this place really deserved it. I was very excited to try this place, until I found a coroach in my sandwich. Very NASTY!

Line can be too long, especially during lunch time, but once you are done ordering, they serve pretty fast (like 2-5 minutes). Food is great, with many good options.

Love their coffee and the staff are always very friendly! Their wait times are long but it can barely be helped with all the students. My only complaint is that they run out of half and half quite often.

Great coffee, but be aware of the long lines
