After going to a different Krystal and getting pathetic service, I drove to this one. What a difference! I was the first order of the day and I ordered quite a bit of food. I received my food hot, received all my condiments and it was served with a smile and a great attitude! Brittney took care of us and she needs to go to the other stores in Knoxville and train them on what customer service is. She is a gem and should be recognized if her upper management is competent. Because of Brittney, I'll be back. The other Krystal I went to first, I hope it closes soon.

Whoever works nights, I ordered food from Uber eats on 6-18-22 Saturday night, the food was fresh, packaged very well! Had all my sauces. If you see this Thank you!!! :)

Tables dirty, floors dirty, cold food, sloppy only 1 employee working and sloppy looking. Forget a breakfast item we ordered. 2 items on the menu they didnt have. NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

White Castle u had better watch out I feel like Krystal burgers taste better more flavor in White castles and they were very nice in the Drive-Thru here

Yep we kind of miss going to Crystal's but you found this one be like the prices and the food is delicious reasonable and need to try it out sometime

Sorry for the inconvenience waited in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes and drove off.... it's just very frustrating I've been with my wife for over 20 years and we have never ate at Krystal's together she does not like it I convinced her to give it another shot and then this happened so I guess I will continue to eat there alone haha maybe she will see you guys again in the next 20 years
