This is by far the best Taco Bell in Knoxville. It's very clean, the food is fresh, and the employees are always friendly. I pass 2 or 3 other locations just to visit this one because it's that much better than the food and service I've gotten at other locations.

Usually it’s an item here or there missing but tonight I asked the guy working twice if it was everything I ordered he assures me it was. They crammed all of my food in a small bag so I thought it was all there. Needless to say I get home and get two cheese roll ups out of the six things I ordered. Oh yeah and they forgot my drink.

Usually a solid location. As it is, this location is set to close @4AM, and yet one employee has blocked off the entrance at 3AM with his car parked sideways…
When we pulled up to the drive thru with 4 cars behind us, they just told us they were closed regardless except for a door dash for “Jose.” Now we wait for another 20 minutes??
I never leave bad reviews but this is BAD…

Two words: Mexican. Pizza. If they'd just leave the menu alone from a corporate level. Food quality was typical for Taco bell. Prices seem to have increased.

Food was not very good nachos where soggy and refried beans where scorched tasted awful. And I live like 5 mind from restaurant so nachos should not have been soggy like a price of lettuce. And had several items and due to beans having scorched taste was not very appetizing.

I traveled from Connecticut and I have never seen such a clean restaurant!!!
