This place is hit and miss, and oddly, always seems the worst when the guy who looks like Peter Griffin is workin' the drive-through. He always gives you your total in "pennis" or "credits"... He thinks is comedy time when all we want is a straight-forward cash-for-food transaction. Got this on my last visit too. All three of my tacos looked similar. I'm angry. Won't be back.

Sam was working the drive thru and changed it from just a transaction to an experience! Was extremely friendly, funny, and quick. Had us laughing the entire time! Food was prepared exactly as we ordered it as well. Work to keep this employee if you want to continue to have a successful connections with your customers.

Every Sunday I come after work in my beat up car that leaks water and order a vegetarian fiesta taco which does not come with sour cream. AND EVERY TIME I tell them I’m allergic to sour cream please do not put it on there and there is a giant dollop of sour cream in one corner of the burrito. I’m assuming they think it is a joke and do it out of spite, but it is not funny and I work hard for my money. I’m always overly polite no matter what but this place just needs to be shut down. Or increase the workers pay so they do not have an I don’t care attitude, maybe employe some adults that have standards and basic competence.

Went here tonight and was told at the order machine it was cash only and that their card reader has been down for 3 days. I think upper management should get this under control instead of letting it continue on for days. Then they wonder why businesses can't run appropriately. I'll be sure to contact cooperate to let them know of the situation. It's a big inconvenience for those who don't carry cash due to the area this is located in.

Let say in the past I would've gave it a four , but here lately it's like a hit and miss . I'm gonna just start from the beginning of my experience . I pull up to the drive thru to place my order and I'm ordering for 3 ppl
I get the first meal and I feel as if they rushing me by is that all . Just the tone of voice you can already have that feeling but I proceed to place my order . Same as I order all three meals . Get to the window pay for my food which that part didn't take long . I get home with the food which not far btw so not a excuse on Thier part as everyone knows what refried fries taste like . My chalupas was not edible . They was so hard like cardboard . Idk what's going on in that place but it's like the meat was mostly grease and the chalupas was like hard cardboard . I tore a piece off and they was cold . So good luck getting fresh food there I mean I know it's taco Bell but you gonna get food been sitting out for hours . Cause apparently ppl don't know a thing about time holds on food these days or temps . But hey they got the drive thru time which was all they cared about .

Absolutely horrible customer service, workers are high and messing up your food. They don't answer the phone at all. Yall need to be out of business, the worst place to spend your money!!

I paid for 2 Supreme tacos and a nacho bell grande.. 1 taco wasn't Supreme (no tomatoes and sour cream) and there wasn't any beef in the bell grande. When I tried to call the hung up on me. I didn't even get to talk to anyone.
