The location is great if you're a student but that is about the only thing going for it. University Real Estate (the company who manages it) it truly horrible--they get terrible reviews for a reason. They are incredibly slow to respond to any correspondence, and often over charge you for rent if you set up "autopay"--three months after move out they haven't returned around ~$800 they charged for the month -after- I left. If you choose to sign a lease here just know you're signing up to go to war with a management company that has really bad practices.

Many great things to say about this place. Newly renovated, beautiful insides and outside, gorgeous entryway and hallways, indoor parking, decent security, etc. Usually prompt treatment of maintenance problems, of which there were few. Also, many many windows across all of the walls. Location was also perfect. Nice part of town, clean, and we maintained. Great place to live, to bad they don't sell units.
