Papa Murphy's Pizza

Called the store because I wanted the Herb Cheese Blend jar with my pizza and there was No way to order a jar online to be delivered with my pizza. I spoke to the manager(female-don’t recall her name)who told me I could come in and buy one and I told her I ordered it delivered because we were sick and Papa Murphy’s needed to find a way to enable the ability to order it with your pizza. I want to say “Thank You!” to the manager who was nice enough to send a little of the cheese blend in a small condiment cup for me. She certainly had “Customer Satisfaction “ as a priority which is greatly appreciated. Also, “Thank You” for getting my order correct and Many “Thanks” to the 3rd party delivery team who were prompt on getting my pizza to me on time! Will definitely order from the Broadway Papa Murphy’s again!

I am slightly allergic to tomatoes so I selected for those to not be on the pizza, but it was on there anyway. I was also charged extra for bacon, parmesan cheese, black olives, zesty herbs, etc. and none of that was on the pizza. For a $25 pizza, the pizza itself had very few toppings on it. This was my first time ordering Papa Murphy's and it was a major disappointment.

Second time of not getting the right order and not getting all of the order. When I called they told me it wasn't their fault it was the drivers. The manager also told me he didn't get any money from the sale for 3 months and from now on if I wanted it done right I should pick it up myself. So we just spent $40 on a large meat pizza. WOW, what a way to do business Papa Murphy's!!

Rodney suxs as a manager, maybe demote him to pizza oven cleaner! As requested I sent replie to Richard so we could discuss...?? But why..he did'nt respond!? Hhh the acorn doesn't fall far from the tree! Don't worry about getting in touch with "Richard", it's just a gimmick, no real soulotions to your problem,it's just gimmick to make you feel better, hhhhhhhh store @5214 N. Broadway fountain city is closed now for most of the day!!! Go visit.... let's see how that goes!!? 123 views by locals! Let's sit back and enjoy... UPDATE ...! Richard is useless, no help, don't bother, he's as full of sh#t as RODNEY!!! UPDATE!! RODNEY'S NO LONGER EMPLOYED WITH THIS COMPANY!! 😂

Okay- this is going to be first in my entire life negative review. I love this place and I'm here all the time. Dont know if they hired new stuff or manager or if they have come up with new smaller portions. . But I ordered a Family size pizza today, paid almost 20$ and my pizza barely had anything on it.. not even every slice of pizza had single piece of chiken on it.. I've never seen it look so poor.. you guys better fix it... Cuz I really like how my pizza used to look and taste)))
