If you want to be served pink burger and deal with people that have attitude!!! Look no further!! I wish the employees would actively listen to customers order and own up to when they made a mistake not the customer!! You should have never offered me to pay more for things I asked for. Its Not my fault as a customer you dont read orders back!! I brought my order back yes I ate some before realizing the burgers werent cooked at the way through! The ladies at the window refused to come to the window and had the cook try to tell me they are cooked to perfection!! Would not just refund the remaining portion of what I didn't eat. That exactly why I took a picture!! DONT EAT HERE!! If I end up throwing up I'll add those pics too since Krystal employees think customers lie about the quality of food!! You can see my burger has pink.

Food was horrible burgers were definitely not cooked, sandwich not made right brought it back to get remade they were rude as hell about it. If you made it right the first time you wouldn't of had to remake it

Some of there food is awful. And it's usually a long wait in the drive thru even if your the only car. They've messed up my food a few times while there.

Out of towner here. Passing through and must say I feel bad for the poor black girl at the front counter. She was clearly over worked with 2 people in the lobby. She was no very friendly and than when I brought up that my order was incorrect, she said she remembered packing it correctly. Than when I showed her the receipt showing that she had in fact taken the order correctly as well as not packed some of my items she didn't even offer any kind of compassion or sympathy. Didn't offer to compensate me for my time or the fact that I had to drive all the way back to get the right order items. As iam writing this, she came back with those items and I asked for the receipt back and she goes to get it and throws it on the counter at me. Would not recommend.

Would’ve liked to have tried this place but dining room is still closed. Pretty sad considering it’s across the street from a truck stop. Thankfully Taco Bell was fully open so I was more than happy to spend my money there. I’m sure I’ll get some canned response, but would be better is an honest reason. First it’s because of COVID, now it’s because of the “labor shortage” what will it be next?

I eat here whenever I come through, and have time to kill.
Always fresh, no complaints really. A little slow today, but you have to expect that when you order 12 cheese.
Well. ..... apparently the manager was more worried about it than I was. I didn't even say anything, and she brought out a couple of coupons for free # 1 combos.
Fantastic service.
