We normally have a great experience with Marcos but this time we were extremely disappointed. We were left on hold for over 30 minutes. No one answered the phone to tell us to wait or that they were busy. We ended up ordering from dominos instead which answered the phone within 2 mins. If you want a quick lunch don't order from here.

Two stars only because the order was made fast but the actual pizza was very bad. It was too greasy, the pepperoni was weirdly hard, there was hardly any cheese (but that might be because it was a Pepperoni Magnifico or something like that).

Wow, ordered almost 2 hours ago online with a 5:50 PM pickup time. Got to restaurant and they were busy of course, got to drive through window at 5:56, 6 minutes past time of my pick up. Was told that they were behind and were just starting my 2 pizzas so take a parking spot and wait, should be no more than 6 or 7 minutes. I ordered almost 2 hours ahead of my pick up time to avoid delay. I understand that they are busy but how many orders came in after mine and are already finished….gotta wonder. Pizza is always good but I feel like by preordering and paying ahead that I got penalized.

They treat their employees bad. Pizza was fair but they won't even let their employees take tips from the customer. Make them pay full price for everything too. Take care of the ones who take care of you Marco's.

Good friend of mine got food poisoning from ordering three pizzas here on the 28th of January at night. Was bed-ridden for 24 hours. He didn't want to say anything about it, but I am. I'd avoid this location until they get their act together.

We've ordered from here several times, now, and have never been disappointed. Delivery has always been made within the estimated time, tonight it was in fact early! Since my instructons are to leave it at the door, we rarely get to thank the drivers face to face, usually just a wave. The pizza toppings are fresh and tasty, and the crust toppings (I like the Garlic Butter) are really good. Good price, even without a promotion code. No complaints here!👍

By far the best pizza, service, and deals in Knoxville. It’s always fresh they’re always kind no matter how busy they are. Last time I went in there was one girl working the drive-through and also the front both were backed up, within the first minute of being there she managed to greet me and let me pay for my pizza that was ready. I really appreciated that. I will keep coming back because the quality of the pizza sauce and cheese is on point, and it’s $8.99 for large two topping pizza if you pick it up.
