This place is AMAZING. Not only is the food to die for but everyone is so genuinely nice who works there. The cook followed up with me to make sure I liked the sub for the first time there. It was SO good and not your basic sub. Even their fries are amazing and I don’t even like fries. And their cookie is really good too. Food is amazing. And the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend.

Delicious fresh bread & ingredients cooked to order. Definitely try the fresh-cut fries & the fresh lemonade-- just the right balance of sugar & lemon. Not the place if you're in a hurry, tho.

amazing food and even more amazing employees, but this store specifically obviously doesn’t trust their own reliable employees to make decisions to better the restaurant. some employees are overworked and are overlooked by the owner while the one employee who isn’t reliable is moved up to the top. quite disgusting.

The cheesesteak and fresh cut fries is one of the best fast food options in America these days. This particular location puts the cherry on top with very friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Awesome job

Their Italian Sub is my favorite of all the sub shops around here that I have tried. It has a good amount of meat,the veggies are thinly sliced, and the sub roll isn't too thick. Sadly I ordered the fries and not the chips. I couldn't finish my sub because I couldn't stop eating the fries.

I really like this Penn Station location - the staff is really nice and friendly. The subs have been good everytime I have been in there. The fries were good and you have to love the cookies. The place is always clean and well kept.

Ordered ahead, sandwiches ready when I arrived, fixed fries fresh, really appreciate that. Very nice staff. Food was excellent! Little pricey but everywhere is now.
