My catfish had two layers of cooked batter. We couldn't eat our food, we just paid and left and we'll never be back. The last picture is what we left behind.

A friend and I stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. There was a 20 minute wait, but we did expect it, being a Saturday. Meredith was our server, and she was excellent. She made sure we had full drinks, and that our orders were right when they came out, and the timing on each course was spot on.
We both had the fillet, and agreed that it was the best steak either of us had had in a long time. Thank you.

I worked here 10 years ago for 2 years then I moved out of state. I finally came back today and was excited to eat here again.... but man... the quality of food has gone down significantly. Used too, sister rolls were the type of rolls that was served. They were so good. But now they serve cheap rolls. The potato soup used to be BOMB.... but now it's thick, clumpy, cold and taste more like Broccoli soup. It's really gross. The "tossed wings" are no longer tossed in hot sauce, they give you a cup of hot sauce... (it's not hard at all to toss wings). The ranch taste like it is still made in house, so that's a positive. Fries were cold. Brownie Sunday was very lack luster in taste. Price of food is actually very good. But will I come back?....probably not.

I highly recommend STAY AWAY! If I could give no stars I would. Went here for my birthday dinner.Awful. Nothing edible. . I'd heard people say "oh I heard it was good" ,but none of them had actually been there. So to start the potato soup came to the table... Wasn't even warm enough to melt the little bit of cheese they threw on top of it. The sampler appetizer cheese sticks were completely cold, potato skins cold and burnt, Chicken tenders were very dark surprisingly wasn't burnt inside just didn't have any flavor, mushroom no flavor either. Then our meals came.. hubby's burger was supposed to have jalapeno on it they forgot so brought a little bowl of cold jalapenos to him 😆.the bun was super old and hard ,burger tasted so much like lighter fluid he couldn't eat it. And he eats everything! Also what was supposed to be onion rings on his burger were so shriveled and burnt couldn't tell what they were.My chicken was so old it had a texture of leather and was super burnt cheese on it was like crusty plastic. while talking to the waitress I decided to try a little bite and immediately regretted it because there was a HAIR in it! And to top it of the salad was in a dirty bowl they also charged me $6 for a side salad that should've been $3. Either way inedible.. Had some random sauce? All over the bottom and inside of it and it wasn't the ranch dressing that came on the side So basically $50 and we didn't even get to eat anything... Sucked that's where I picked for my birthday dinner.

Outrageously delicious! I'm hard to please when a sign says home cooked. Food was amazing, prices/portions are on point, and service was wonderful? I'll be back!!

I enjoyed the grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and pinto beans. I love the way they put the pinto beans and a separate bowl so they don't leakk all over the rest of your food!

I won't lie, it started off at a 1 to 2 star rating when we got the chips and queso. I was extremely impressed with off the shelf tortilla chips and what appeared to be microwave queso.
It did take a little while to get our food but our waitress kept our drinks full. I was pleased with my chicken Philly sandwich and fries. They were tasty.
The wife was pleased with the filet salad, which wasn't on the menu in restaurant but did appear on the website menu (which is why she chose to eat here)
Not too bad, will return to try the teriyaki chicken

We went there last night the steak was the worst we have ever had . The steaks was suppose to be medium rare and they was well done and very fatty . The waitress said she will tell the cook ....

We went there for the first time this past Friday. We waited 45 minutes to get our food and there was four other customers came in after us but got their food way before we did. After 45 minutes the waiter brought us our food and all he could say is I don't know why it took so long on your dinner. Well once I turned my steak over I found out why... It was burnt to a crisp... I thought we had found a good restaurant to eat at but found out different... Guess we won't go back there and next time leave Halls and go out west...

Ask for Miriah!!!. I went in for a meal with some friends and had the best waitress in all of Knoxville. She was very friendly and helpful. Our glasses never got below half empty and the food was fantastic. She's the best waitress this restaurant has and I couldn't have asked for someone better. And as a plus she's super pretty! I really think you should try this place out!

Bel Air Grill / 3820 Neal Dr. Knoxville Tn.. Worst meal ever !!! will not go back again .. Hope they close that place down like the one in Maryville Tn .Would Like to eat a meal and not be rushed through like a herd of PIGS.. Wait staff need to learn how to take care of every table and not just the large groups , we all pay for the bill . Some think a couple at a table need to hurry up eat pay the bill and leave... Thanks for your 20% OFF but we will not be back ..Plus didn't get to eat because everything was put on the table at the same time.. everything got cold , really did want the steak but not when its cold...still paid the bill $30.94 after the big 20% off !!! Thanks , Now its time to find some other place to eat... Wished I had seen the reviews before hand...

Don't waste your time or money. My husband and I will not be going back to Bel Air. I have always thought they were a bit pricey for what you got but my husband loves the burgers so we drop in for dinner from time to time. The last two times however have been huge disappointments. The first disappointment was because they were out of rolls, the wait staff and manager on duty were extremely rude. The second time we received very slow service and the bread which seem to have been cut in half. I ordered my usual - the house salad (5.95) with grilled chicken added (extra 3.00). When it arrived I was shocked to fund a handful of cut up chunks of chicken atop the salad greens, which formerly was always a good sized whole breast. The server informed us they had updated the menu recently, changing prices, items, and portions. The salad however was no less expensive but only half the size. So needless to say, we will not be back.

Sirloin Tips too salty. Hubby and I ate here after church on Sunday. He had the classic burger and fries, which he enjoyed. I had sirloin tips with salad and sauteed mushrooms. Although the salad and mushrooms were tasty, the sirloin tips were just too salty for my taste buds .

A Find in Halls. The power went out at the house yesterday so it was dinner out for us. We were running errands and decided to stop by the Bel Air Grill. We were pleasantly surprised and plan to go back for a second time. The salad dressings were homeade, the steaks were very flavorful, the milkshake was excellent and the service was great.

Another great restaurant goes down. Use to be great place to eat and even go out of your way for for the hamburgers and fries especially. Last time I ate there (and I emphasize last) was a couple months ago. Fries were 'limpy' and burgers tasteless. Then I found out they had changed owners twice in the last year or so. They obviously didn't pass on the recipes along with the property- too bad.

It's so-so. Pros: Usually friendly service, generous portion sizes, nice desserts.<br/>Cons: All of the entrées are salty, salty, salty. Burgers are greasy, fries are overseasoned. The kids' menu portions are like adult-size portions (Alfredo Pasta, for example - it's HUGE). Could use a good scrub-down, pretty dusty/dirty and the fittings and booths are in need of refinishing. On the pricey side, for a burger meal, but steak prices are reasonable for the quality on offer.

The Bel air grill has drastically changed. Food has been disgusting, service is poor, prices are not worth it. It used to be a wonderful place to eat, but not anymore. My question is, who is running that place an why have they let it take a turn for the worse? We will not be back.

Poor to mediocre, but pricey.. Service was ok, but the food was frozen. The burger had a bland flavor, and an almost mushy texture to it. The bacon on my wife's burger was over-cooked and way too crispy. The french fries were well seasoned, (perhaps too much so) and were soft and mushy as well. I had a cherry coke and it was way too sweet (And I usually have no problems with sweet drinks). But the burgers were NOT good, my wife wouldn't even finish it. You can do much better in Maryville. I hope the owners get with it and fix the problems before it's too late!

It was cold inside-we never got yeast rolls we requested-the childs grilled cheese and fries were burned and over seasoned and our server acted like she was lost and put out if we asked anything.Food use to be good.We will not go there again.

Good place to eat!!!!!!!!!. I have lived in Knoxville most of my life and have been to almost every restaurant there is here, and I have found that the Bel Air Grill is one I keep going back to over and over. Why? 1. I have never had a bad meal there. 2. The service has always been good, very friendly. If my wife and I want a steak , we go there. We love this place!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!!!. Bel Air Grill is mine and my husband's favorite restaurant; we are always guaranteed to have an excellent meal at a great price!<br/>Our favorite menu items are the burgers and the steak specials. Portions are VERY generously sized and there is never room for dessert; I don't even know what is on the dessert menu for that reason. The burgers are thick, juicy, and very flavorful. The light mesquite seasoning on the thick fries makes them a treat. Steaks are cooked to order every time (most places can't get medium-rare done right), very juicy, and flavorful. I don't like bland food - this is the only place I have ever eaten where I do not have to add anything to my food to enjoy it or enhance it!<br/>A mix of sports bar and family dining, Bel Air Grill offers great food at great prices with an atmosphere of "going back in time" with their decor and music. We love Bel Air Grill and visit frequently because we are NEVER disappointed!

Maryville, TN Bel Air Grill :( won't go again!. It was so cold in there probably due to lack of customers that we had to wear our coats. The 80's hard rock music was that was cranked too loud was most ANNOYING and we were the youngest customers there! Fish out of a bag is not my idea of an $8.00 lunch although the french fries were great. The salmon was just ok on top of cold rice as that is the only way it could be due to the temperature of the place. <br/>Wake up call is much needed for the manager of this establishment. Do your Job. <br/>I used to go to Bel Air when it was on Alcoa Hwy - this new one is a disgrace to them.

I Won't comment on my previous two trips to a so called establishment, that we all would love to back!!! WOW you walk into a place that smells and just comes across as GROSS, the bar is sticky, and there shelves are empty????? I hate to put it on the staff, manager,or who is in charge THE OWNER!!! Step Up or you won't have a restaurant for long. Sorry but WOW!!

Steaks are not edible/manager doesn't visit table to find out why. Recently visited Bel Air Grill in Halls with my daughter. We both ordered the sirloin steak medium well. We received the steak and as I was attempting to cut the steak I noticed how tuff if was. My daughters was the same. They were cooked very well done. When I mentioned this to the waitress I was told that is how they cook them there. I said that was not how we ordered them and she said she would see if she could get us a discouunt. We were not able to eat half of our steak because it was very chewy. We did not see a check until she took our plates away. Never once did a manager come to see what the problem was. We were given a $2.38 discount that was the same as a slap in the face. I advise if you want a good meal to eat to stay away from Bel Air Grill as it is obvious the customers are not to be satisfied.

Visited the New Bel-Air in Maryville today and "Ashley" was our waitress. Our wait was just a few minutes and the surroundings was very nice. Waitress recommended the fried mushrooms and steak & grilled chicken. I was very impressed with the food, tasted wonderful. Our glasses never went over half empty before Ashley was refilling, very pleasant young lady. Bel-Air has a winner with this restaurant here in Maryville and the management should be commended on hiring such pleasant, helpful young lady. My wife and I had a very enjoyable meal.Definitely will return!!!!!

Do not visit te bel air grill in maryville. The service is poor. The drinks re lousy, and the menu is very limited and way overpriced for what you get!

The female manager at the new store was very rude on 3 occasions. And I enjoy there food just the service and one manager was slow and rude. Looked like she was hungover or on something. 5

Bel Air is the place to go for a heaping helping of hospitality, portions, and satisfaction. Everything on the menu is great. Go back in time in the atmosphere/environment of Bel Air Grill. This is the only surviving location left open.

They say Halls Has it? If so where is it? Fortunetly Halls does have the Bel Air Grill. There are many places including true steak houses that claim they have the best steaks. Not true. Bel Air Grill has the best steaks at the greatest price. The ribeye, new york strip, sirlion and porterhouse are truely fabulous! We eat at the Bel Air at least once a week to get our "steak on". <br/>Now getting back to Halls Has It. Halls needs to get it and fast. It is now becoming very rural and nasty.

Teriffic food and an amazing atmosphere. Bel Air is a North Knox/Halls staple that you simply must try!

All American Dining. Great burgers... generous salad, and don't forget the onion loaf. Can't go wrong!
