Firehouse Subs

Firehouse Subs as a company? Phenomenal. This location can’t get their orders straight though. The last 4 times we’ve been, both mine and my boyfriends sandwiches were wrong. This time, while waiting for 30 minutes (for our sandwich that we were told over the phone when we ordered would be ready in 5-10 minutes -it was a 15 minute drive) there were at least 4 people who turned around and came back on planning their orders were wrong too. But they ARE good quality ingredients, so if that’s all you care about go for it.

I ordered a sub and side salad. Then I realized I didn't have enough for the salad when they gave me my total at the store. I changed my order to just the sub. I wondered why when I put the order in on my phone I had enough money for the sub and a side salad. The price jumped $3 when I was in the store. When I got home, they had given me the sub and a small salad at the same price as it was on my phone. Thank you so much!

Arrived at 8:25p, posted on door to close at 9:00p. Chairs were all up on the tables and one guy was sweeping. I asked what time they were closing and his offhand response was, 'We're only doing carry-out'. Didn't actually answer my question but carry-out was what I wanted so I went to the register to order. I was met by two dismal employees who clearly did not want to be bothered or had just been told there would be no Christmas this year. Either would explain their sulky, why-are-you-here? attitude. Since Firehouse is my favorite sandwich, I ordered in spite of their dark faces and my sandwich was fine. To the owner of the Harden Valley location: Call Chic Fil A and ask them how they screen and hire their employees because you have some that are not serving your store very well.

I like to go here and get the best meatball sub then go to tealicious next door and get the best boba in town. Its almost became a thing I like to do on sundays. Although I thought the white cashier female worker here was rude and needs better customer service. Other than that the other workers are amazing and the food is amazing.
