We really like Chipotle, coming from Texas amd normally lines when you order. Store was nice, staff was pleasant but the store was not as clean as we have been accustomed too. Ate on the patio where trash cans were over flowing. Will give them another try in a few weeks.

We like Chipotle enough that we had them cater our wedding (a different location, thank goodness). This is by far the worst location we have ever been to. We have given them four chances since we moved to the area because we just kept hoping they would pull it together. Each time is more ridiculous than the last. We ordered online hoping it would be a better experience. It wasn’t ready when we got there. As I stood around waiting, they closed the walk-in line, which had people who had been waiting to order, so that they could catch up on online orders. They filled maybe 6 orders in the 20 minutes I waited on mine. There were are least 4 staff members there. When I got home, I found they had given me chicken instead of steak (and the wrong beans and rice). I had heard them talking about how they were running low on certain things—I assume they just decided to switch out ingredients when they did. Previous visits included super small portions, super slow service, and the doors being locked despite them being open. We give up on this location. Corporate should know that they are doing damage to the brand. (I know there is a major labor shortage right now, but we eat out a lot, and none of the other restaurants in the area are having these problems on this scale. This is a management problem.)

First, we eat at Chipotle’s when we travel which is often. Decided to stop at the Knoxville Turkey Creek location while traveling through. The place wasn’t busy with lobby traffic (just us), but it was a complete mess. Every table was dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. There were 4 staff and an unseen person (assume manger) in an office. I know someone was there because the person at the cash register kept drifting back there when not working the register to talk. Two people were frantically working to-go orders.
The restaurant was out of tortilla chips and ice for fountain drinks. The assembly line was completely disgusting, and when I asked about the Lifestyle Menu Chipotle is advertising on their website and app, the guy had no idea what I was talking about. While it’s hard to imagine a major franchise out of items as common as chips and ice, the fact no effort to at least clean the restaurant up while three staff were just standing around is inexcusable. We were extremely hungry and trying to grab a quick bite while traveling home but should have walked out immediately. Food was typical Chipotle food which I enjoy if you could look past the other issues. We won’t stop here again.

We ordered burritos with chips. We picked up our order.. there were zero chips and our burritos are half sized. Due to Covid you can’t talk to the workers in the store, so I called five times and no one answered. If the store is out of something, fine, but you should be notified and reimbursed. Not given a fraction of what you ordered all around.

The reviews at this location don’t lie - terrible service. We came around 3pm, there was only a couple and a girl in front of us and it still took about 20 minutes to order. One kid doing each order alone while another woman just stood at the register and 4 others in the back area standing around. They should’ve jumped in and helped. I still love chipotle but this location isn’t worth the wait. I’d recommend going to Zoe’s next door instead

So we ordered our food through the app with no problem what so ever. We decided to have it delivered because it had been a long day and didn’t feel like driving. So with delivery we did expect fees and what not, which is fine, and we’re happy to pay them. Food arrived a little later and all of it was completely wrong. Missing Chips, guac, tortillas, and burrito. So I decided to drive up there and get it fixed. Once there we were notified that they literally were out of everything. So we ended up paying higher fees on the food, tipping, and not getting more than half of our order. What type of business just sends half of your order to you and expect that to be ok? A phone call saying, “ Hey we are currently out of this and that…?” Instead they just send out a incomplete order. Close down for the night if you can’t fill orders correctly. I felt bad for the kid that had to deal with everyone who had messed up orders. Luckily we were able to get a refund through the app. Bad business. Do better.

I love Chipotle and I feel bad for the poor review. I assume they are understaffed. The dining room was a complete mess all the tables were covered in food and trash with no one sitting there. One poor guy was building all orders and having to run the cashier. One person was making Salas one guy was operating the to go section. It was a Saturday afternoon so foot traffic was steady and just an unfortunate experience I hope they can get some help in there.
