Very clean, easy to order and very helpful staff. We arrived at the start of lunch time. I was able to place our order on the kiosk and it was a breeze.
Most of the tables were clean and the drink station was free of trash. Our food was ready quickly and tasted fresh and delicious.
I was most pleased with the person who was preparing our food who offered to help bring one of my plates to the table since I had my young child in my arms. You won my business and we will be back again soon!

Leave an option in the app to use their rapid pick up, so I place my order a small one not a huge deal. I walk in and they have a sign saying to go to the register to get your pick up order, and that line is out of the door. I wait for 10 minutes and the line moves maybe three or four people. I placed the order 45 minutes, so I've been waiting about an hour for a stupid cookie and a drink. Don't give an option to do something, then take that option away. That's a lie.

Great service! Amazing staff . Special thank for Jackie .me and my friend have bad night at work and we wanted to get breakfast/ rest a little bit and so stopped at Parkside location and Jackie made up our day and everything even better

Ordering kiosk is pretty slick and coffee was good and hot... Till it ran out. You make working remote in 2022 pretty darn enjoyable.

Your app is horrible. Please update it with what is and what is not in stock. Also, speaking of what is NOT in stock, since the name of the restaurant is Panera BREAD it would be really awesome if the bakery wasn't out of every single item on the menu. AND it would be great to not find out everything is out of stock AFTER you submit your order online. Seriously, is anyone even working there? Did your bakery close down? Is it still functional? It doesn't seem like. Get it together, Panera.

We love Panera in Turkey Creek, especially when it's not raining, the patio seating is plentiful! It does get pretty crowded on rainy days, but the food is always tasty and the coffee is better than most places.

i got a bread bowl mac and cheese as per usual and it was cold this time, i ordered it for down in but they made it as a to go meaning i had to set my bread bowl on the table and didn’t eat the outside bc it was dirty. the bread and mac and cheese were ICE cold.

manager named keith i believe yelled at an employee in front of many customers and was disrespectful to the point of a customer telling him to treat his employees better. scares me of what he says to his employees not in front of customers. there’s never ever a need to be so unprofessional in front of customers if there’s an issue. i’ve had friends work here in the past and have horrible experiences as employees. do better :(
