Saturday morning just doing a bit of shopping and decided to get that morning tea in meas I do so. Tim's, which is to be open for 8...isn't. Finally at 815 someone sauntered in...I was ignored for 10 minutes. I get it...they gotta do some brewing done first...at the 15 minute mark I ask the lone girl for service. She remarks in a few minutes....I purchase my tea eventually...no thank you, no sorry for the wait...nothing. As I write this a mother and 2 child are waiting and yelling hello to only fall on deaf ears. Their business motto should be "Why are you here?" Or "what do you want...I'm busy" Never again for this joint

I ordered a large Ice Coffee with no ice. Surprisely, I only got a half cup of ice coffee. I complained to the lady served me, but she said this is Tim Horton's standard that the empty cup is for ice.

Two young people not interested in being polite or providing good customer service. Not the usual guy that would be working whenever I went there. Used to be my favorite Timmies until today. Girl screwed up my order (3 coffees). She didn't even finish making them before she wandered away. Guy argued with me when I told him that he gave me the wrong size decaf and when I asked where my other 2 coffees were. They were so disorganized and it took almost 20 min to get my coffees. Ended up throwing the coffees out when I got home because they tasted awful; very weak, almost watered down. Will never go back. The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to click it before I could post. Definitely a zero star experience.

My daughter order a drink and they were taking a long time to make it, even people in line were annoyed and left. The employee that was serving her said that they could not figure out how the whip cream topping worked for her drink, so she said it’s to bad just take it as it is.????? Very rude!!!!!

Efficient and friendly staff here. Coffee and sandwiches are great and the drive-through moves quickly. This Tim Horton's gets the order right and there is lots of free parking available. Washrooms are always clean and fresh. One of my favourite "Tim's."

The coffee was neither fresh nor hot. Donuts tasted okay but were small.

I got a triple triple from this place and they had a usb or iphone charging piece in my coffee i drank it all till i finnaly seen it luckily i didnt swallow and choke on it
Then i called them to complain and this guy said no sir sorry our coffee machine dosnt make iphone chargers in his words
