Went through got a coffee and had a coupon for b o g o donut all I asked is no sprinkles so they wouldn't fall over my vehicle. Of course they gave me a donut with sprinkles. You had one job how hard is it to hand me a donut. Last week I went through ordered a medium double double. They gave me a medium black coffee in 2 stacked cups. This kind of poor service is unacceptable

MY WIFE & I were heading out on a shopping trip, & wanted 2 grab a cup of "Joe" to help with getting the morning started. Tim Hortons was very conveniently located for where WE were going, & WE went in & got OUR coffee. The morning turned out 2 B Great!

I went here at 5 at night expecting to get a hot sandwich and coffee. What I got was nothing. After being told the grill was down for cleaning I requested the seasonal donut instead. I was told that they were out because it was a busy night. If you are that busy why does this happen in the morning also? If you were that busy why was your grill "down for cleaning"? This is one of the worst Tim Hortons i have been through. No matter how much I retry them to see if they have improved they only get worse.

Super friendly workers doing the best they can to serve customers. Short staffed and yet going above and beyond to make it work. Food was great and they were very accommodating.

The girl who always works drive thru with dark hair is SO rude. If you don’t like your job then leave. I come here often and not one time has she been pleasant. Half the time my order is wrong and food is cold.

If I could give zero stars I would, came in with some Co workers and they were able to order, the. I was standing by the counter for what was close to 10 minutes with no hello or I'll be right with you, we went in for lunch, after they were having issues making sandwiches they made mention of how they should just shut the sandwich station down for the day. I hadn't even had the chance to order but I decided to go elsewhere, it's a shame because I enjoy Tim Hortons but that was the worst experience I've ever had.

Waited twenty minutes for a dozen donuts, a cup of coffee and a water that I didn't get. There was one order in front of me. While one employee care of two customers orders, three people stood behind the counter awaiting drive-thru orders for food only. The driver through employee was taking orders and mak9ng drinks. Not only that, my cashier got flustered because I asked for a change of gloves after they touched my money and before they grabbed my order items. Gloves should be changed, even when there isn't a covid-19 scare, money is filthy! LASTLY, the donut frosting wasn't set. I have a mess of smeared frosting on my donuts and hands. I shouldn't be surprised, this is the quality of food I get, every time I come to this location.
