Knowledge Cafe

This was a return visit because the other day when I came here they botched up the order the management told us that they had a new cook we asked for whole wings regular original they almost look like dried up raisins it was a nightmare so this was a return visit to get our order remade we had to stand in line and then drive up and sit and wait for it that was no problem but when we pulled up to the window we said well what do we get for coming all the way back here and then having to sit and wait all this time for the major inconvenience they said they were unable to give us anything else other than remake our order I didn't appreciate that and that's not good management skills I've worked in fast food before and that's not how it's supposed to be done when you have a dissatisfied customer you are supposed to give them something even if it's just a cookie and in our meal it was supposed to include a cookie and it didn't but I must admit the whole wings was fresh really good and the fries were not salty and we were able to eat them and the biscuits was nice and fresh not hard as a rock we tried to support the Intercity fast food chains but when you keep getting continuous disappointments that's not good and I blame it strictly on management because management is supposed to train their staff and lead by example
