Tim Hortons

Ordered 2 coffee, 6 x 6 xtra large. It needed the hot sleeve it was so hot and looked like it only had small cream put in my coffee so, so, so dark. 6 cream is a milky white, or its supposed to be... Disgusting, burnt and old coffee that has sat around a long time... My chilli was sideways or something and open so when I picked up the bag, it went through the bottom on my legs and in my drivers vehicle. So I have 1.2 bowls of chilli left and a burnt leg and ruined pair of pants. I don't think I've ever had a good experience in this location and I try to give tim hortons the benefit of doubt that not all days are bad, this location just needs to close down because there is no hope.

Worst service I've ever experienced. This establishment opens their drive-thru at 6am. I arrived at 6:20am there were employees inside, I said hello and received no response. So I waited at the drive thru for 20 min a man pulls up gets out of his vehicle walks to the drive thru window and orders a cup of coffee pays for it and the employees gave him his cup of coffee! ???? Mind you I had been waiting for 20 mins for them to take my order. Which was just 1, cup of coffee. They need to do better! These workers do things like this to me all the time.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. I have given this location more than one chance and it never gets better. The last straw was yesterday. I ordered a latte and it was warm (almost cold). They “remade it” and after waiting almost 3 minutes for a new one, it seemed as if they gave me the same coffee back! Friendly service but can NEVER get the coffee right.

The staff at this location, especially in the morning, are exceptional. They take customer service to a very professional level. Post update (Jan 2020): My original post was 10 months ago, but when they let certain staff members go, rating dropped from 5 stars to 3 stars. The 3 stars are for those 3 staff members they do have left.

The best people in the world work there and the owner makes it her business to give every visit a personal touch. ABSOLUTELY the best coffee I have ever had. LOVE this place. But now as of november 2017 management has changed hands so has the warm feeling and customer service. today Nov 30, 2017 is the 1st morning i couldn't get in (DOORS LOCKED) TO BUY MY MORNING COFFEE.....TALK ABOUT THROWING MY MORNING OFF......(DO I EVER GO BACK???)
