So rude! We are in a semi truck and my husband called to see if we could order food. They refused to take our order. We were told if we couldn't come through the drive thru that we couldn't order. Great way to treat our truck drivers!!! Of course the dining room is closed so no walking in to order.

Now I'm giving it a 1 star because of their new chicken wings. Absolutely horrible. Got the Nashville Hot sauce. Sauce in combination with the greasy wings made for a mess. Wings was all breading and hardly any meat on the bones and very small wings. And super expensive. Almost $1 a wing. Save your money these wings are not the old style wings KFC had. Those need to come back. Now the service was excellent. Prompt and friendly. And quick so 5 star for that.

OK so my girlfriend and I just went to this location because we wanted to have a date night and we had a coupon that we wanted to use too. Everything was great until my girlfriend found a hair in her chicken breast. So I went to the counter to let them know that she found a hair. And I think she was the manager but I could be wrong. But anyways she wanted to see the piece of chicken with the hair in it. But I couldn't do that because she threw the hair away. So I showed them the chicken piece at least. And she very RUDELY told me that I have to show her the chicken with the hair in it next time. First off I work at Pizza hut here in town and when a customer complains that they found hair in their pizza we replace it no questions asked. Second I did receive another chicken breast but she was annoyed by having to give it to me. 3rd they don't have a customer care hotline that stays open later which is stupid because they have all their locations open until 9 or 10 pm. If they don't do anything to please me as a customer in these next few days then I won't be coming back.
