Wok It Up!

I was here tonight around 8.30 and I was served by the shift supervisor Emma. Even though they were obviously busy with both a rush of customers and closing duties, Emma got through the line very effectively, as well as being cheerful and enthusiastic. My meal came quickly, I left with a smile on my face and when I got home everything was delicious. Really good experience.

Went there last night, Easter Monday, they were extremely busy and short staffed, but the young lady behind the counter, who's name was Emma, did a remarkable job. The food took a long time to be made and there were people constantly entering the shop and ordering food. But Emma did her job with a smile on her face and was honest with all customers.

I ordered online and it said my order will be ready for collection at 5.29 on. I arrived at the store around 5.25 to wait for my order. There were several people ordering at the counter and when they were finished I enquired when my order will be ready and was told 3 mins. There was no communication from staff that my order was ready and after over 30 mins when the people who ordered at the counter when I arrived had been given their orders I had to ask again when my order was ready and I noticed it was sitting in the Bain Marie. Who knows how long it would of sat there if I didn't ask again. The food was delicious but the customer service needs to improve.

OMG! Don't usually order from here. Ordered a beef and vegetables with black bean sauce. I know this sauce is saltier than the others but this was sooo salty there couldn't have been that much salt added. The person cooking it must have burnt the sauce! One star for the ingredients because I feel sorry for the primary producers that sold their fresh produce to this franchise.
