Mcdonald's

There is such a lovely lady working there at the moment, who really cares about giving a high standard of customer service in her job. I never normally write reviews but I ate inside this McDonald’s this evening and I want to give credit to this lady - although I do not have her name unfortunately! She was so polite and friendly when I ordered with her and I saw her make a huge effort to help all of the customers. Before leaving, I stood up to empty my tray and she ran over, grabbed it from me and said ‘I’ll take that, I hope you both enjoy the rest of your evening’. It really makes a difference when have a nice experience as a customer, which seems rare nowadays! Would definitely recommend this one.

Have eaten at this mcdonalds and had zero problems but the reason I have to commend the staff at this mcdonalds is for entirely different reasons. As someone who suffers with a disability finding a good disabled toilet is incredibly hard. They're usually not locked so anyone can you and aren't usually maintained well. As a deliver driver and my first drop being opposite this mcdonalds is an absolute life saver! The staff here all deserve huge credit for how clean they keep the entire shop but also how well maintained the disabled toilets are. They are always clean, they always have enough toilet roll and soap and I just cannot thank the staff enough for making my days 10× easier. I hope senior management take note of this review and I wish all establishments had the level of professionalism and dedication of this mcdonalds. Thanks guys!

The one thing I like most about McDonald's are the French fries. Today they were lukewarm, soggy and disappointing. If I hadn't been racing the clock I would have returned the order. However, the Mayo Chicken was hot and fresh. So not a total loss. The order came fast and from a smiling member of staff.
