Trap Fried Chicken

I like how simple this place is. If you’re coming here it’s because this is what you like and you want it. No confusion. Great for indecisive people lol The Menu is short and easy: - Fried chicken Sliders Spice levels: Mild / Hot / Extra Hot - Grilled corn - Mac N cheese - Fries / Cheese Fries I tried the Mild and Hot sliders. The slaw was fantastic. The chicken was really good. The buns could be a little softer but they are still good. I just like Hawaiian bread more than usual. You can get extra sauce to dip in. Some honey on the side to make it sweet n spicy if you like. Good sized portions so guaranteed to get u full. The grilled corn was OUTTA HERE. Great flavor with a bit of butter and garlic and some char from the grill. It was a full on corn on the Cob instead of just a piece of one. I do recommend you come by this place and try it. Cool chill vibe. Nice music playlist. Dog friendly and outdoor seating and benches.

Best fried/hot chicken in Los Angeles. They have excellent flavor that doesn't rely on the spicy heat. I ordered their tends one mild, one hot, Steve fries, and their Watermelon, Basil, Lemonde. The mild flavor had excellent flavor tasted excellent, it's the best tender in the nation. Hot level tasted a little spicy didn't burn, but I started to sweat after eating the tender. The Steve fries are excellent you must order it, great flavor and many nice features such as mac and cheese, their secret sauce, hot chicken and parsley. As for the watermelon, basil, lemonade was a wonderful sweet treat and very fresh. Now, if the place in Chinatown can't cut their lines down this will be the king of hot chicken in Los Angeles. Matter of fact I was thinking of going to the other place but 3 hour lines is a no go especially when you have Trap Fried Chicken around the corner. One more thing eating their was great they played top of the line hip hop music and if you ever wanted to feel like you were eating down south in a major city this is your place!

This place is 5 stars of deep fried, sweet, and buttery food! The chicken was well battered and crunchy. I love spice and I would have been fine with the medium (tried both med and spice), but if you like more of kick, the spicy fits the bill. The corn was sweet with LOTS of butter, charred just right. The mac-n-cheese was pretty good, with plenty of creamy, cheesy goodness. Definitely going back, after I lose 10 pounds ;-)
