Pizza Joe's

They messed up my order and then made me drive back and return their mistake. Then I had to wait while my food was remade because they had to check the boxes to confirm that I was telling the truth. With gas at almost $5 a gallon. It cost me money just to get my order that should have been correct in the first place. They gave me a $5 voucher for gas. This doesn’t make it right. It makes my family have to wait an hour to eat on an already late night. Make sure you check your boxes before leaving the store.

Absolutely loved the subs here but they quickly went down hill. I got a phillystake sub and asked if the peppers and onions were cooked and said they were. They definitely wore not! It was burnt and hardly had any meat! Such a disappointment because they were the best subs around. Definitely be the last time I get anything from them.

I am not one to write a bad review. But when you only put 2 Pieces of ham on half of a sub and a half a piece of cheese and one tomato I can’t not tell people, that’s what you call ripping people off I work hard for my money as others do. Lessoned learned you do not have my business any more. I wouldn’t even give a star but I had to, to write this review. So I am taking that star back now.

Great pizza n calzone's. A nice little out of the way place. They've changed their menu and the calzone I got tonight is discusting. There is no ricotta cheese in it. They claim there is but you can't see it. When I called to complain I was told it's like a spread that goes on before they cook the calzone. It's disgusting, and I'm not eating it !!!!! It's going to the dog because he'll eat anything. I feel betrayed and wasted my hard earn money on garbage!!!! I'll never order from here again. YOU CAN BET ON IT!!!!!

Absolutely delicious pizza, best for Franklin in my opinion. Within the past 2 years we have not had a bad meal from this location and every time it has been delivered much faster than Pizza Hut. I can’t speak for 4 star because we have never eaten there due to the quality coming out of The Bistro (Pizza Joe’s). If there were any gripes, I would say to just check their prices because they seem to change frequently just by a pinch but that does not even denote a star reduction. I would highly suggest their 9 cut Buffalo Chicken pizza!

Food is great. Just don't bother with delivery unless you are within a 2 mile radius of the location. Never had an issue with Delivery to Polk Cutoff and Mauers before until the last two times we have ordered. They refused to drive 150 to 200 feet more albeit the manager that delivered the last time was completely baffled when he seen the location of my home. The manager also said we were well within their "delivery area"
