Burger King

This B.K. located in Franklin. Kentucky near the The Mint Casino was very good. The food, the food deals & the employees. The redturant is clean & in good shape. I have visited this location just before closing (midnight on Thursdays) a couples of times in May & the good was hot & tasty. Highly recommened!

Burger King is supposed to make your sandwiches like you want them ,but when we ordered them the way we wanted our food they didn't do anything we asked. Our food was made the way they are depicted on the menu, I was vary disappointed so I will give them a 3 star out of 5 only because the place was clean and the girl working on the register was vary nice and I don't think it was her fault...

It's pretty hit and miss here. Drive thru is shut down pretty often which can be inconvenient at times. The staff is usually pleasant. It's pretty apparent they are understaffed quite a bit which I'm sure is very frustrating for the employees. Food has always been fresh and order right. Wish they had more help to relieve some of those stressful moments on staff.

Yeah it’s a hit or Miss for sure The manager is very rude ! When I told him the soda machine was out of Dr. Pepper he acted like it was a big job to check on it in the back. I don’t know what he did, but it was still awful. I’m guessing he did nothing .so we get our food , it was wrong. The burger was nasty, I asked for light mustard, which I didn’t get. Several people were bringing back their orders cause they were wrong. I wasn’t going to ask for a replacement, dude was already mad why push it. I just threw it away..

3/24/22 I would return but i would NOT bring my family and expose them to this kind of very OBVIOUS behavior. Food was fine though it was slightly wrong. She didnt give what i asked for maybe because she was so busy trying to be rude and unwelcoming. Older Lady who works register around 9am has the meanest glare and is very short spoken and looks at you like she wants you to leave when you order and your a hispanic american. VERY RUDE SHE COULD BE SPEAKING TO A VETERAN i speak English fine, i dont even know how to speak spanish. And none of my ancestors are even born in mexico for generations. So I’m assuming her elderly eyes deceive her. Even if a person is a here working on a visa or green card or what have you, they should not be treated with less respect or kindness. Shameful. I say this cuz her hospitality or friendly customer service demeanor vanished as soon it was my turn to order. Makes you very uncomfortable Employer should coach this customer skill being that they lack it naturally. Not the managers or HRs fault they have this flaw. Set in her old timer ways perhaps Some ppl never change Its quite shocking, shows poor character and upbringing. Almost pathetic how some people can be left so far behind with their behavior. Makes it very uncomfortable or unsettling to travel to new places that can be frightening to some good natured and well mannered Americans of darker skin shades who pass though. Shameful shame shame. RUINS YOUR APPETITE. Poor social skills Slow learning skills God bless you and your career Small town living really has taken a toll on the personality of some.. Theres a WHOLE WORLD OUT THERE AND YOU DONT RUN IT Its God’s world Not very Christian behavior Hope it’s better next time around Because i will be returning I love burger king 😇 and many Americans have done more for their country than ppl can see on the outside and deserve to be here and be COMFORTABLE in their country when ordering a damn burger from the burger joint. This is a nation wide franchise in AMERICA-GET WITH IT🇺🇸
