Jimmy John's

Last week my son ordered from Jimmy John’s for his whole family and I. The food was so wonderful and so fresh and it was the best sub I think I have ever eaten. Today I ordered subs and went in to pick them up. Justin took my order and he was so polite and kind very professional. He made sure that the sandwiches are made exactly the way I wanted, because my son cannot eat mayonnaise.When I went in today to pick them up I noticed how clean The location was. I told Justin that I won’t be eating subs anywhere else except here. I was very impressed with my whole experience.

Terrible experience. I asked for a #12 unwich with a double lettuce wrap and cut in half since it tends to fall apart. When the guy gave me the sandwich I asked him if they had double wrapped it and cut it in half. He said yes. I watched them make it and knew they hadn’t so I opened it in front of him and said can you please double wrap this and cut it in half. He proceeded to throw a bag and storm off while the lady tried to do it but failed pic. See picture. I will not go back here. Total circus.

Waited 1hr 45min for my delivery. Called twice and both times was reassured the driver was on their way with it now, which never took less than 30 min. I live 8min away. Worker said they were short staffed and I get it, everybody is short staffed right now. But maybe give. A heads up to your customers about an extra wait time? Maybe offer a coupon or something for the trouble? All I got was a “Yeah, sorry man”. Not gonna be ordering from this place anymore.

The food is fine always! This location makes me feel like I am bothering them when I order or kind of a burden that I interrupted them. Maybe that's not the case--I just get that feel. I mostly go to this one because I like a drive-thru, and it's close to me. I always debate if I want to go to this location or a different one because I don't like feeling like I'm bothering them. I don't need full energy, but they aren't welcoming--the opposite really. My food is good though.

Order delivery through their app. Totally screwed up my delivery instructions. They left food at wrong door. Instructions were to buzz my apartment at totally different door. My food was gone because. I did not know they left it outside. How bad do you have to be not to be able to follow simple instructions. I will never order from this location again. They are garbage! Get your act togethet!

Finally giving up on this location. Over an hour and fifteen minutes for delivery. Be nice if they would at least call you and tell you it’s going to be a while. Notification says my food has been delivered but they say that’s just an app glitch. Jersey mikes is better anyway and Jimmy delivery is pointless

Monday April 25th, went around 1:30 pm, obvious short staffed, no problem in this day and age. The lady working the drive thru was such a ray of sunshine. While waiting to order and get my food which probably took longer then under normal circumstance, she engaged in conversation and was such a pleasant friendly person to encounter today. Please know us “normal” people understand what everyone in this business is going through. We appreciate you being there and willing to serve us. This lady today, sorry do not know her name but check your schedule, went above and beyond. Thumbs up Jimmy John’s you have a real keeper there.
