The food was hot, fresh and tasted great! It was served with a smile and a great attitude. Thank you so much for the years of great service. I love my hometown Captain D’s. Franklin Kentucky you are the best, Your quality and service has never been matched at any other Captain D’s and I do love my Captain D’s! The food wasn't hot. The extra two pieces of chicken we ordered was so over cooked and hard my husband couldn't even bite a piece off and it took a while after pulling up to get our two plates of food. I love captain D's but what shift do the adults work not all the teenage girls?

New girl was trying to train and the girl with her talked down to her more than once, I even said something to her about the way she was treating the new girl. The fish had been cooked for a while and was overcooked as well probably be a while before I go back there. It used to be really good, both food and service but seems things have changed.

New fish looked weird compared to what they usually have but I thought since it could be new supplier, I will keep an open mind....yuk!! Big pieces, lots & lots of breading & terrible taste! Will not make a visit there again....fries were good!

The whole restaurant stinks like pee. The restrooms are nastier than an old gas station bathroom. As soon as you open the front door your nose is punished with the rank odor. I won't be back.

Disgusting my fish soggy and soft and nasty customer service terrible I pull up she sitting on her phone unprofessional! Then I was in line for ever instead of telling them to pull up then whenever I pull up she decided to get off her phone and come to the window then tell me to pull up all for soggy food ridiculous
