Worst McDonald’s in Massachusetts. I haven’t been back to this location in months due to poor quality. I was in a rush and driving by so I figured I would try again. The first burger was stale and so dry you needed to wash it down with a drink, the 2nd burger was soaked with a clear mystery liquid and the liquid was soaking the wrapper. I would avoid this location, they consistently have poor quality.

I’ll start with the good. For once I really actually enjoyed my cheeseburger it was white tasty & the presentation was nice i.e. they’re usually made very sloppy & look like who ever made them did so with their eyes closed. I was pleasantly surprised when for once this was not the case. The girl who brought my food to the counter(which I had ordered and paid for online already) was incredibly polite, pleasant & professional. Now the bad. The shift manager on duty was at the front counter when I walked in , He then proceeded to turn his back to the counter as if he didn’t see me & make jokes over his headset one of which included A swear (The cuss word for a female dog). He then looked up a bit me twice turned around and walked away without even asking if I needed help or sending someone to help me. That’s when the girl who is already busy doing something else stopped what she was doing to come serve me and bring me my food I think her and was on my way. So while my visit wasn’t unpleasant in the food not horrible I was made to feel very uncomfortable by management. Honestly if it wasn’t for the shift manager ignoring me I would have given this visit five stars

This McDonald's has recently been remodeled, and is state-of-the-art. I ordered and paid at one of the four touch screens. An employee came by when I first came in and asked if I needed any help, which I didn't. I took a numbered table marker, sat down in a comfy upholstered chair next to a window, and waited a couple minutes, and a server brought my food: an egg biscuit and bottled orange juice. The food was good, and I read my book while eating. Successful experience!
